Hey. It’s 8:50 pm. This email sends at 9 am tomorrow. The cat wants to sit on my lap, but I need to type this. I put the cat on the floor. I am a bad person. Now the cat is pissed. Let’s do this thing!
Don’t worry. Finley (the cat) will get plenty of treats and lap time tomorrow. Until then, I’m typing this as fast as I can. I’m ALMOST done with the new book. So, like I said a couple of weeks ago, these emails will be kind of short until then.

This is one of those books I should have read a few years ago but didn’t. And now I’m reading it. It’s not the most exciting prose, and if you’re in need of a sleeping pill, you might want to try this book instead. That being said, it’s worth the read — and re-read — once a year.
